Agnew Lofts

Agnew Lofts is a planned complete renovation of the vacant structures at 110 and 112 N Maple Street in Creston, IA. Agnew Lofts will include 12 new one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and street-fronting commercial space. The Development Team will install all new energy-efficient building systems and windows. The lofts will include exposed structure, ductwork, electrical elements, and energy-efficient appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers.

The Project is planned to start the Summer of 2022.
