Maple Street Apartments II is a mix-use redevelopment that includes five one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments on the second floor and 2500 total SF of retail space on the first floor.

The Project is currently underway, with five of the seven apartments and half of the retail spaces fully renovated. The Project will complete the renovation of the remaining units and retail space in the Summer of 2022.

The Project is also seeking funding to add two additional residential units on the rear half of the first floor and complete exterior renovations. These improvements would include the replacement of the retail storefront, new windows, and restoration of the original building brick on the Maple Street elevation. This work is planned for the Spring of 2023.
